Return Policy:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason it doesn’t meet your needs, we offer a 30-Day refund less original shipping.  Please email us at info@babysherpa.com prior to returning the bag and we will give you a Return Authorization Number along with return shipping instructions.  Items to be exchanged for another item must be clearly indicated. Exchange orders are subject to standard shipping and processing fees. You will pay the cost of shipping for normal and usual returns.  Product(s) must be returned in new and unused condition with the accessories and tag(s) attached for a full refund.  Please note that a copy of your receipt is required.  After we receive your return it will be examined and you will be reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping.  Please allow up to 15 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. on your credit card statement.
Shipping Policy:
All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. We provide shipping via FedEx, UPS, Canada Post or USPS.
Ground orders are normally received within 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

Product Guarantee:
Baby Sherpa products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from purchase. Please check your item before using it or removing the hangtags, since we do not accept the returns without tags or used. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident (getting caught in a car door), improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.   If you have a warranty issue, please email us at info@babysherpa.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Are rips and tears covered by warranty?
Rips, tears, burns and holes are not covered under the terms of our warranty policy.
Is normal wear and tear covered by warranty?
We manufacture all of our products to meet our superior standards. However, regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your Baby Sherpa product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. Baby Sherpa warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, but it does not cover normal wear and tear.
Will my product by Baby Sherpa be repaired or replaced if it has a manufacturing defect?
If your product by Baby Sherpa fails due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect, our first option will be to repair the item, free of charge. If the product is not repairable, or if the cost of repairing the item exceeds the cost of a new one, we will replace it.  In all instances you will need to email us at info@babysherpa.com.  We will require the nature of the issue, when and where your bag was purchased, the model and color of the product, and your full name, shipping address, telephone number and email address.  In many situations we find that also receiving a digital image of the damage is very useful in making a quick assessment in how best to proceed to resolve the issue.
How should I clean my Baby Sherpa?
We recommend you clean your pack with a damp cloth as necessary. Do not machine wash or use detergent or bleach. Line dry. (Be gentle… you wouldn’t want to be put in the washing machine or the dryer, either!)

I need to get my Baby Sherpa repaired?  What do you recommend?
In most instances, it is faster and more economical for you to have a local tailor or shoemaker (anyone with an industrial sewing machine) make simple repairs on your bag like zipper replacements or zipper repairs.

I lost my diaper pad how do I get a new one?
Replacement parts can be ordered for your Baby Sherpa-just check our products section.
I took off my bottle pocket to rinse it out and now it doesn’t want to stay on what should I do?
You might have forgotten to thread the webbing through the webbing slot on the side.  Take off the bottle pocket thread through the webbing and then Velcro it.  If you forget to thread it through the webbing the Velcro will not hold the weight and the pocket will come off.

The warranty applies only to Baby Sherpa products purchased from Authorized Baby Sherpa Dealers and is valid for the original purchaser only.
All products returned to Baby Sherpa for warranty inspection must receive prior return authorization which can be given over the phone. Ship products freight prepaid and insured. Baby Sherpa assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our Warranty Department. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship.
  • Damage caused by use of solvents, adhesives or detergents
  • Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.

All warranty claims should be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an Authorized Baby Sherpa Dealer. Invoice or charge receipt must clearly identify the dealer.
